What’s Included? How will I receive my images?
You’ll receive a selection of images which have all received a professional edit, no maximum number, just as many as possible from the time I was working
Regardless of the type of event, I’ll deliver your images in multiple ways, including providing you with a shareable online gallery, as well as cloud storage and a full high resolution quality download of all images. Physical media can be provided as an optional extra if required.
Next Day Previews, with Full Galleries delivered as quickly as possible, typically still within 5 working days during busy times.
What if we’ve booked you for a set amount of time, but would like extra coverage on the day?
Extra coverage is fine on the day, simply charged at my hourly rate
Are you insured? What if you can’t make it on the day or your equipment fails?
I have very good Public Liability Insurance and can provide details to any venue if/when required. It would take a near miracle for me to not attend a job I’ve taken a booking for, but in the extremely unlikely event I couldn’t be there myself, I have a reliable network of other photographers who could be called upon to cover me on the day, and I’d simply edit and deliver your files myself. As for gear, I have reliable backups for every piece of equipment with me on every job to ensure coverage no matter what.
Can I share/print my images?
Absolutely - I’ll provide an online gallery for you to share with guests etc, and beyond that usage rights are included - you’re free to use and print however you like other than re-selling the images without prior consent.
Are you available for remote-location jobs or Event Photography work overseas?
Yes! I’ve shot in Wales, Romania, Greece, Italy and even Manchester - nowhere’s too far so long as I’m available - travel and accomodation costs apply where required.
How do I go about booking you as my Event Photographer?
Send me a message using the form, and I’ll get back to you ASAP to answer any other questions you might have etc. If I’m available for your event I simply take a £100 holding fee to secure your date.
